With what should be a huge homecoming crowd boosted by centennial festivities, Ferrum returns home for only their second home game of the season. After starting 0-4, the Panthers undoubtedly will welcome the chance to play a Greensboro team that has also struggled this season. The Pride come into the game with a 1-3 record having defeated the Apprentice School earlier.
Ryan Thorndset will return at Quarterback for GC, and he brings a lot of talent to the table. Look for him to try to put the ball in the air a great deal. This team is not as bad as their record may suggest, and Ferrum will have to keep mistakes to a minimum to win. But this is a game Ferrum can win, and I believe will win.
