Well if you ever took time to listen to the Men's and women's Ferrum Basketball game broadcasts streamed online from ferrum you hear the voice of Reynolds who does the play by play and he uses the phrase "Put some hot sauce on it" So I ask you why couldn't you put some hot sauce on your throws??????
